Pre-requisites
This installation process assumes that you already have the following;
- An Azure tenancy.
- Azure Active Directory.
- An Azure Administrator account for the duration of the installation.
- An Azure Global Administrator account, or access to someone with a Global Administrator account to assign application permissions to read from Active Directory.
- An existing Azure Resource Group, or knowledge of how to create one.
