Editing a task uses the same form as the creation of the task. To learn more about what makes up a Loome Integrate task, view the ‘Adding a new Task’ documentation.
To edit a task, click on edit on the right of the task, either on the job sequence page in the action buttons, the task title or the tasks page.
If the agent is offline, you will not be able to edit the task.
Instead, you will be provided the option to change the agent of the task. If you choose to do so, choose an available agent from the dropdown and click submit to change the agent of this task.
If you do not want to change the agent, please check on your agent or contact your administrator. When the agent is healthy you can edit the task.
