Metadata

You can manage metadata such as Attributes, Entities, Navigation and Tags in the Metadata section of the left-hand menu.

• Attributes are customizable fields where you can add attributes to an asset. These are fields such as a list, notes, emails, dates, booleans and URLS. Learn how to add an attribute and more here.
• The entities page will list all types of entities in the Portal. You can edit embedding, API requests and icons depending on the entity type. Learn more here.
• You can also manage any tags created for assets here.
• You can view and manage navigation terms, and learn how to create a list used for navigation.
