Catalogue
All Assets synced from your source systems will be available in the Catalogue.
In Loome, an asset is any object or report pulled from a data source. For example, Power BI reports, Loome jobs and tasks, and ADF pipelines.
The catalogue will display each asset in your selected view type, in a table, hierarchical table or a card view.

In the Catalogue table, you can view the following information.
- Asset Name: The name of the asset.
- Category: The category of the asset such as Content, Data Pipeline, Infrastructure Resource, Quality Rule, and Source System. This is dependent on the type of source systems you have synced.
- Sub Category: The sub category of the above category, such as a connection, rule, task, solution collection, workstation or cluster definition. This is dependent on the type of source systems you have synced.
- Group: This will display the group the asset is a part of, such as the Project name.
- Asset Type: This displays the type of asset.
- Status: This will show the status of an asset and will depend on the asset type, such as success, failure, cancelled, validated, not validated, and not verified.
- Authored By: This will display who created the asset.
- Date Created: The date this asset was created.
- Date Modified: The date this asset was last modified.
- Tags: Click here to view the tags added to this asset.
- Attributes: Click here to view the attributes added to this asset on the ‘Information’ page.

Filter on the Catalogue
Click on the column title of a column to sort the column.

Click on the filter icon on the right of a column title to filter on the table.
Each column type will have its relevant filter type:
- For the columns, Asset name, Group, and Authored By, you can type in a term to filter on the column. You can add a second filter term using either ‘and’ or ‘or’.

- You can filter on the Category, Sub Category, Asset Type, Status, Tags and Attributes columns by selecting the checkboxes that apply to your filter.

- You can filter on the Date Created and Date Modified columns using the date filter. You can choose on conditions for your chosen dates such as before, less than or equal to, after, greater than or equal to, or between.
