You can view the catalogue table in three different formats:
The catalogue in card view:
A ‘Catalogue View’ will save the catalogue in the format of your preference. You can choose whether it is in card view, table or hierarchy form, which columns are displayed and in which order, and apply filters to only display the assets and content you want to view.
You can choose this saved view from the catalogue title dropdown at any time instead of reapplying filters.
You can also create multiple views to group different assets and filters.
After you have applied one or more filters, you can create a new view.
Click on Manage Views at the top-right of your table.
Click on Save as new view.
Provide a name for this view.
You can then choose to add an audience.
Type in a user’s name and then select it from the dropdown.
Click on Save.
The view will be saved.
You can choose other views from the dropdown at the top of the catalogue beside the name of the view.
When creating or editing a view, you can manage these views using the dropdown at the top-right.
After you have made changes to an existing view, in the Manage Views dropdown you have two options to save the view.
Information will display the date it was created, last updated and the user that created the view.
It will display the user that created the view.
It will display when the view was last updated.
When the view was created will display at the top-right beside the view title.
You can edit the name of a view or the audiences of a view by clicking on Edit View.
You can change or add users to an audience by typing in the name and then choosing it from the dropdown.
You can delete the view using the Delete option in the dropdown.
