Could not retrieve VNets for this agent while creating an Account
What Happened?
Issue:
Users may encounter an error when attempting to create an account in Loome Assist.
Impact:
You will not be able to create an account in Loome Assist.
Error:
The following error will display.
“Could not retrieve VNets for this agent.”
Root Cause:
This error occurs because the name of the Container Instance hosting your Loome agent and the name configured for the Loome agent itself in Loome Assist do not match.
How can you fix it?
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that the Container Instance name is identical to the Loome agent name.
