Getting Started with Loome

To get started, you can sign up for Loome at https://loomesoftware.com/start-loome-trial.html.

  1. Click on Start My Trial. This will direct you to Loome to create your organization. First, you will be directed to sign in. Next, provide the details needed to get started.

The new organization will use the email you used to sign up. To change this, you can sign out at the bottom of the page and sign in with your preferred email address. It is recommended that you provide your organization’s Microsoft work account email address.

  • Provide the name of your organization.
  • Provide your Job Title.
  • Then select your Country.
  • Choose your Workload Preference of ‘Data & Analytics Ops’ or ‘Research Ops’.
    • Please select a Loome workload that most closely suits your requirements.
    • You have access to the entire Loome suite during your trial, this selection simply helps us tailor the right content to meet your needs.
    • Choose whether you would like to receive emails, ‘Yes, send me occasional emails about new Loome features, product updates, and releases. You can unsubscribe anytime.’
      • We’ll send you important emails about your trial status (time remaining, expiration notices) to help you get the most out of Loome. These are separate from our optional product updates, which you can opt into above. Please read our Privacy Policy and Software License Agreement for more information. You can opt-out at anytime by unsubscribing to any marketing correspondence received. You can also use in-app controls to turn off non-essential operational emails.
  • Click on Create Organization when you are ready. This will start registering your organization and will create tenants for Loome. This may take a few moments, please do not close or refresh the page.
  1. After this has completed loading, your organization will have been created. You can click on Go to the Loome Portal to start a guided tour and learn how you can use Loome to empower your team and discover its full capabilities.

    • The Loome Portal will display curated samples, such as dashboards, assets in the catalogue, and activities. You can view these samples for an example of features in the Loome Portal, such as activities displayed as metrics in a dashboard.
  2. If you want to tour the Loome Portal later, choose I’ll explore later. This will keep you on the page, and you can view the configuration of your organization.

    • To view the Loome Portal later, when you are ready you can go to the Tenants page from the left-hand menu and click on your Loome Portal tenant. All tenants in this organization can be viewed on the Tenants page. This includes the Loome Portal, Loome Monitor, Loome Assist and Loome Integrate tenants that were automatically created when you registered your organization.
