You can deploy an agent for your organization that can be used in all Loome modules.
The agent contains the code that allows rules and tasks to run using Loome Monitor and Integrate, deploy resources using Loome Assist and also sync source systems using the Loome Portal. The agent can be installed in individual tenants or in an organization to use in multiple tenants, and can be seen across multiple locations, so you can access data platforms on different servers and hosts.

The agent runs cross platform, meaning that users can leverage data from sources running on both Windows and Linux. The agent should be installed on a host that has access to your data sources, such as a server. Learn more about deploying an agent in the cloud or on-premises here.
You can start installing the agent on the Agents page, found in the left-hand side menu. Depending on your platform, installation can be all handled by a single PowerShell script. The same script used to install an agent can be used to update it, ensuring that your agent has everything it needs to work, and is using the latest version of the Loome Agent.
When you add an agent to your organization, you have the option to select multiple tenants for the agent, and the agent will be available to use in those selected tenants. For example, if you have four tenants in your organization, the same agent can be used in all four tenants.

You can see information about your agent after it is installed by clicking on Edit on the right of its row.
You can view the information section in ‘Installation’ from the tabs on the left.
This will provide the location of your agent logs, the agent service name and where the agent is installed.
As the agent is connected to Loome in real time, you can view the agent logs as they happen.
Depending on your platform, you can find the logs in the agent logs folder. The path to this log folder can be found in the agent information section ‘Installation’ in Loome, under ‘Information about this install’. This is displayed after you install your agent, or you can come back to it when you click edit on an agent.
