Database Output

When you run a Loome Monitor rule, tables and views are created in your output database (your selected target connection). These differ depending on your Loome Monitor rule type and how you have configured the rule. For example, whether it is a source or manual data rule, or whether you have added communication rules.

To view your tables and views in your target connection database, you can find your rule using the project number and rule number in the URL of your rule. Tables and views are in the format: LM__Project Number.LM__Rule Number__Table/ViewName, for example, LM__1.LM__1__Results.

Types of Output Tables and Views

There are different purposes for each output table and view.

Metadata Current View This will display the current view of the metadata in your results table. Records for custom field metadata currently shown in the results table will be displayed here. LMProject Number.LMRule Number__MetadataCurrent
Communications Table When enabled, this will display when communications were sent to your selected users. LMProject Number.LMRule Number__Communications
Metrics Table This table contains the count of records in your results table, and will display the number of records under each status, such as unresolved, resolved, and ignored. These are also displayed in the results table. LMProject Number.LMRule Number__Metrics
Archived Tables Any tables that have been run with a modified key column will archive the previous results table and create a new results table. LMProject Number.LMRule Number__ArchivedDate
