A results table view is how rule creators can slice results in multiple ways for their consumers. A rule creator or curator may want to provide a customized view of their records to consumers that shows which data in their results is relevant to them.
A view will save the results table in your chosen format with your chosen columns, filters and sorting. You can choose which columns are displayed and in which order, and apply filters to only display the records you want to view. You can create multiple views to group different records.
You can choose saved views from the results title dropdown at any time instead of reapplying filters.
This means you can quickly switch between different ways of viewing and analyzing your results data without having to reconfigure these settings each time.
All users with access to the results can view these saved views.
When you return to a results table after browsing Loome Monitor, the last selected view will be displayed. You can click on Reset View at the top-right to deselect any unsaved filters or you can choose another view from the dropdown.
After you have applied one or more filters, you can create a new view.
Click on More at the top-right of your table.
Click on Save as new view.
Provide a name for this view. (Use up to 50 characters.)
Click on Save.
The view will be saved and the title of the view will be displayed beside the rule name.
You can choose other views from the dropdown at the top of the results table beside the name of the view.
When creating or editing a view, you can manage these views using the dropdown at the top-right.
After you have made changes to an existing view, in the More dropdown you have two options to save the view.
You can edit the name of a view by clicking on Edit View.
After you have made your changes, you can click on Save or Cancel.
You can delete the view using the Delete View option in the dropdown.
Confirm that you would like to delete and the view will be removed.
