Settings
Administrators can manage tenant settings for the Loome Portal on the Settings page found in the top-right menu dropdown.
Demo Mode
You can enable demo mode for the Loome Portal and curated samples, such as dashboards, assets in the catalogue and activities, will be displayed in the Loome Portal. You can view these samples for an example of features in the Loome Portal, such as activities displayed as metrics in a dashboard.
Enable Demo Mode
Click on the Demo Mode toggle to add demo samples to the Loome Portal.
You can then view the added samples in the Loome Portal on the Catalogue, Dashboards and Activities pages.
Turn Off Demo Mode
You can remove samples from the Loome Portal by clicking on the enabled toggle.
Samples will be removed from the Loome Portal.
While demo mode is enabled, the demo mode toggle will also be displayed in the top banner of the Loome Portal. If you click on the toggle in the banner, it will remove all samples and turn off demo mode.
Task Summary Email
You can be notified about task related events or updates and task summaries with email notifications. These can be configured in the settings here.
Task summary email schedules will send out emails at your preferred time with a summary of tasks assigned to users or tasks that you have created.
- Assignee Summary Emails: Configure schedules to email task summaries to assigned users.
- Creator Summary Emails: Configure schedules to email task summaries to task creators.
You can configure a schedule for the summary email. Loome also provides a default schedule for each task summary type.

Please note that if you disable email notifications in the notification settings, you will not receive email notifications even if you have created and enabled task summary schedules in settings.
