You can sync your Source Systems on a schedule.
When you first sign up to the Loome Portal, your new Loome source systems will have schedules created by default. These will run a source system sync automatically for you and will regularly sync changes to the Loome Portal.

You can view and manage all schedules for a source system on its schedule page.
On the right of a source system, click on the schedules button.
You can change a schedule through the edit wizard. It will follow the same structure as creating a schedule.
Click on Edit on the right of its row.
You can enable and disable schedules for a source system sync by clicking on the schedule toggle.
You can toggle the active/inactive status of a schedule using the button on the right of its row.
Schedules can be deleted through the Delete button beside each respective schedule on the right of its row.
Please note that deleting a schedule cannot be reverted. You will need to create a new schedule with the same details.
Please note that a recurring schedule will be automatically deleted after it has reached its selected end date. At its next scheduled run, the schedule will be deleted if it is past its end date and will not run the source system sync.
You can sort on schedules by clicking on each column title.
You can filter on the type, next execution, names or descriptions of schedules by clicking on the filter icon of the column.
Provide the term you would like to use to filter.
